Once you have placed your order with theToolman.co.uk your goods will despatched within 48 hours (for orders placed Mon-Fri) by one of our preferred courier suppliers.

Please note that shipping quoted is for UK Mainland only and excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland. Please enquire for other areas as we may have to surcharge.

Shipping rates are determind by the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing and are calculated accordingly when you place your order.

Please ensure there will be somebody to accept your parcel and if possible give us a telephone number our couriers can contact you on if necessary. You may incur a re-delivery charge if couriers are unable to deliver.

We always obtain proof of posting.
