DeWALT Reworked / Reconditioned Products
DeWALT have a policy that if a product leaves their factory and is then returned for any reason (such as customer return, dealer overstock, wrong model, incorrect voltage etc) they do not sell them on as NEW. DeWALT receive these goods back into their factory for testing before 'stamping' them as Reworked. They then make these products available to specialist retailers, like ourselves, for resale.
Some of these tools will have been lightly used as demonstrators at DeWALT 'Demo' Days, in which case they may have a few cosmetic scuffs or marks. We will list these as ex-demo models. They may show signs of having been tested and in the case of woodworking machinery may contain small amounts of sawdust. Some of the original packaging may be tatty or possibly missing. In no way will this effect the usability of the product.
We are unable to tell the exact history of any one tool, but they will always represent excellent value for money. The majority of these tools will be new and unused.
All of these tools are fully guaranteed by DeWALT for one year through their Nationwide network of repair agents which includes ourselves. Therefore you can purchase with complete confidence.
